Viatoria Voyages SAS
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 18 June 2026
These terms govern the booking and provision of travel services arranged by Viatoria Voyages SAS. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Our role
Viatoria designs and arranges curated journeys, combining accommodation, guiding, transport and experiences into a single itinerary. Where we act as the organiser of a package, the journey is covered by the protections that apply to package travel under French and EU law.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your request in writing and received the agreed deposit. The balance is due before departure by the date stated in your confirmation. Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise noted and may be adjusted only in the limited circumstances permitted by law.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed journey, the charges set out in your confirmation will apply; these reflect costs we incur with our partners. If we must change a significant element of your journey, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund of the affected portion.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring your passport, visas and travel documents are valid and complete.
- Holding appropriate travel insurance for the duration of your journey.
- Informing us of any health, mobility or dietary needs before departure.
Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting our partners and arranging your journey. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or other force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. For any question, contact edmund@viatoria.click.
